Salary: Level 2 Social Worker (£27,741 - £29,577) / Level 3 Social Worker (£30,451- £33,782), 1 x 37 hours, permanent and 1 x 37 hours 12 month contract

The Adult Social Care Team work to uphold human rights and offer person-centred support. Their role is to help empower people, promote independence and build resilience whilst safeguarding individuals. This involves working in partnership with them, their families and representatives.The teams are dedicated social work teams working with adults. We work alongside people, hearing their story, being creative, proactive, preventative and personalised with a focus on having holistic strength based conversations and outcomes.

Applicants must hold a relevant Social Work qualification and be eligible to be registered with SW England.
