Job description

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about adult social care and providing a high-quality service and are keen to develop their professional experience and knowledge. You will be a key part in ensuring our continued success in fulfilling the Council’s statutory responsibilities under the Care Act 2014. The service is committed to helping people to achieve the outcomes that matter to them in their life and the successful applicant will work closely with colleagues to protect an adult’s right to live in safely, free from abuse and neglect. The successful candidate will be joining a recently re-structured service that is dedicated to strengths-based and outcome-focused practice.
